Our agency has been serving the community since 2008, with a second location added in 2020. We’ve grown into a strong team of eight and continue to expand while maintaining a close-knit, supportive environment.

I was introduced to the industry through my mom, who was also a State Farm agent, and that early exposure helped shape my passion for the business and building a team that works well together. I’m married with two kids, and we stay involved in the community by supporting local charities and hosting community events throughout the year.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Nicole Grove - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
Compensation: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
